you already keep an eye on the dog outside your gate. you'd help a feeder if you knew one needed it. an SOS goes out three streets away - you're the closest person who'd actually show up. that's the network. you in it makes it real. आप पहले से गेट के बाहर वाले कुत्ते का ख़्याल रखते हैं। किसी फीडर की मदद कर देते अगर पता होता। तीन गलियाँ दूर SOS जाता है - आप ही सबसे पास हैं जो असल में पहुँचेंगे। यही नेटवर्क है। आप जुड़े तो ये असली है।

an injured animal. no transport. no foster. somewhere within reach, someone has a car or an empty kennel and would help if asked. the asking is the part that's broken. it doesn't have to be. घायल जानवर। न गाड़ी, न फोस्टर। पास ही कोई होगा जिसके पास गाड़ी या जगह है, और जो पूछने पर मदद करेगा। पूछना ही टूटा हुआ है। ऐसा होना ज़रूरी नहीं।
