What Rapid Response isरैपिड रिस्पॉन्स क्या है
Rapid Response (RRT) is a free, independently run technology platform for animals in India. It is not a company, government body, clinic, hospital, or emergency service. It connects you with volunteers, independent veterinarians, and third-party sellers, and acts as a facilitator only. RRT makes no money from you: there are no charges, no ads, and no commission on anything. रैपिड रिस्पॉन्स (RRT) भारत में जानवरों के लिए एक मुफ़्त, स्वतंत्र रूप से चलाया जाने वाला टेक्नोलॉजी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है। यह कोई कंपनी, सरकारी संस्था, क्लिनिक, अस्पताल या इमरजेंसी सेवा नहीं है। यह आपको वॉलंटियर्स, स्वतंत्र पशु चिकित्सकों और थर्ड-पार्टी विक्रेताओं से जोड़ता है, और सिर्फ़ एक माध्यम (फ़ैसिलिटेटर) है। RRT आपसे कोई कमाई नहीं करता: कोई शुल्क नहीं, कोई विज्ञापन नहीं, किसी चीज़ पर कोई कमीशन नहीं।
Using RRTRRT का इस्तेमाल
- You must be 18 or older, and the information you register with must be accurate.आपकी उम्र 18 साल या उससे ज़्यादा होनी चाहिए, और रजिस्टर की गई जानकारी सही होनी चाहिए।
- RRT is for genuine animal emergencies only. False alerts and misuse are strictly prohibited.RRT सिर्फ़ असली पशु इमरजेंसी के लिए है। झूठे अलर्ट और गलत इस्तेमाल बिल्कुल मना है।
- An SOS notifies registered volunteers in your district. Volunteers are independent people; RRT does not control or guarantee their response.SOS आपके ज़िले के रजिस्टर्ड वॉलंटियर्स को सूचना देता है। वॉलंटियर्स स्वतंत्र लोग हैं; RRT उनकी प्रतिक्रिया को नियंत्रित नहीं करता और न ही उसकी गारंटी देता है।
- Photos and voice notes must relate to the emergency. Graphic, misleading, or abusive content is prohibited.फोटो और वॉइस नोट इमरजेंसी से जुड़े होने चाहिए। ग्राफिक, गुमराह करने वाली या अपशब्द वाली चीज़ें मना हैं।
- RRT may suspend or end access without notice for violations, misuse, or legal or safety risks.उल्लंघन, गलत इस्तेमाल या कानूनी/सुरक्षा कारणों से RRT बिना सूचना दिए एक्सेस रोक या बंद कर सकता है।

Vets on RRT are independent practitioners who declare a state veterinary council registration. A consultation is a direct arrangement between you and the vet, and the vet alone is professionally responsible for the advice given. Any fee is paid by you to the vet directly by UPI. RRT never handles, holds, or guarantees any payment, and does not verify UPI details. Online advice is not a substitute for an in-person examination in an emergency. RRT पर वेट स्वतंत्र प्रैक्टिशनर हैं जो राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद का पंजीकरण घोषित करते हैं। कंसल्टेशन आपके और वेट के बीच का सीधा समझौता है, और दी गई सलाह की पेशेवर ज़िम्मेदारी अकेले वेट की है। कोई भी फीस आप वेट को सीधे UPI से देते हैं। RRT कोई भुगतान कभी नहीं संभालता, रखता या उसकी गारंटी देता है, और UPI विवरण सत्यापित नहीं करता। इमरजेंसी में ऑनलाइन सलाह क्लिनिक में जांच का विकल्प नहीं है।

Shopशॉप
The shop shows products from third-party sellers. Your order, payment, delivery, and any refund are between you and the seller, under the seller's terms and on the seller's secure checkout. - RRT stores your name, phone number, district, and the location you share at the moment you raise an SOS.RRT आपका नाम, फ़ोन नंबर, ज़िला, और SOS भेजते समय शेयर की गई लोकेशन स्टोर करता है।
- During an active SOS, your name, number, and location are shared with district volunteers so they can coordinate help. When the SOS ends, that sharing ends. - Phone numbers are never public and members cannot browse them. - You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time by writing to ask@rapid-response.in.आप कभी भी ask@rapid-response.in पर लिखकर अपना अकाउंट और डेटा डिलीट करवाने के लिए कह सकते हैं।
Liabilityज़िम्मेदारी
RRT is a facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRT is not liable for the actions of volunteers, the advice of vets, products bought from sellers, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform.
