1. Who you are1. आप कौन हैं
You practise as an independent veterinary professional. RRT is a free technology facilitator, not your employer, agent, or clinic, and takes no fee, commission, or cut from your consultations. आप एक स्वतंत्र पशु चिकित्सा पेशेवर के रूप में प्रैक्टिस करते हैं। RRT एक मुफ़्त टेक्नोलॉजी माध्यम है, आपका नियोक्ता, एजेंट या क्लिनिक नहीं, और आपके कंसल्टेशन से कोई फीस, कमीशन या हिस्सा नहीं लेता।
2. Registration2. पंजीकरण
You must hold a valid state veterinary council registration and keep it valid. Tell us at once if it lapses or is suspended. Consulting on RRT without a valid registration is prohibited. आपके पास राज्य पशु चिकित्सा परिषद का वैध पंजीकरण होना चाहिए और उसे वैध बनाए रखना होगा। पंजीकरण समाप्त या निलंबित होने पर हमें तुरंत बताएं। वैध पंजीकरण के बिना RRT पर कंसल्ट करना मना है।
3. Your advice3. आपकी सलाह
You alone are professionally responsible for the advice, prescriptions, and care you give. Recommend an in-person examination whenever remote advice is not safe or adequate. दी गई सलाह, प्रिस्क्रिप्शन और देखभाल की पेशेवर ज़िम्मेदारी अकेले आपकी है। जब भी दूर से सलाह देना सुरक्षित या पर्याप्त न हो, क्लिनिक में जांच की सलाह दें।

Pet parents pay you directly by UPI. RRT never handles, holds, or guarantees any payment, and does not verify UPI details. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility. पेट पेरेंट्स आपको सीधे UPI से भुगतान करते हैं। RRT कोई भुगतान कभी नहीं संभालता, रखता या उसकी गारंटी देता है, और UPI विवरण सत्यापित नहीं करता। आपकी कमाई पर टैक्स आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।

Keep consultations inside RRT chat and video. Do not ask for or share personal phone numbers. Treat pet parents with respect. कंसल्टेशन RRT चैट और वीडियो के अंदर ही रखें। निजी फ़ोन नंबर न मांगें, न शेयर करें। पेट पेरेंट्स से सम्मान से पेश आएं।
6. Your data6. आपका डेटा
Your documents are stored securely and used only for verification. Your phone number is never shown to users. You can leave the platform and ask for your data to be deleted at ask@rapid-response.in. आपके दस्तावेज़ सुरक्षित रखे जाते हैं और सिर्फ़ सत्यापन के लिए इस्तेमाल होते हैं। आपका फ़ोन नंबर यूज़र्स को कभी नहीं दिखता। आप प्लेटफ़ॉर्म छोड़ सकते हैं और ask@rapid-response.in पर अपना डेटा डिलीट करवाने के लिए कह सकते हैं।
7. Records7. रिकॉर्ड
Consultation photos are temporary and deleted after each consultation. Saving copies of chats on your own device is optional, and keeping them safe is your responsibility. कंसल्टेशन की फोटो अस्थायी हैं और हर कंसल्टेशन के बाद डिलीट हो जाती हैं। चैट की कॉपी अपने फ़ोन पर सेव करना वैकल्पिक है, और उन्हें सुरक्षित रखना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
8. Suspension and law8. सस्पेंशन और कानून
RRT may pause or remove access for misconduct, complaints, or an invalid registration. These terms may be updated periodically; this page always carries the current version.
